Gentle Herd‘s Zip-Up Long Cotton Hoodie is a new travel-day essential for me. I recently wore it on two long-haul flights and find its ability to double as a light blanket (or cocoon) incredibly useful.
This comfortable, mid-weight (85% Cotton/15% Polyester) hoodie is available in 26 (!) colorways, but I want to highlight the fact that there can be noticeable color discrepancies between what you see in the product image and the actual item. For example, in the product image, “yellow” looks to be a light greenish yellow, but in person it is a vivid orange yellow.
While the $99 price tag feels pricey for an unlined basic, it’s surprisingly hard to find an extremely oversized (i.e., extra-long and boxy) zip-up hoodie in interesting colorways, so I plan to order another as I expect to get repeated wear out of this piece.
