With temperatures dipping below freezing all week, I’ve been thinking back to warmer weather, and that nostalgia has taken a very specific form: long, flowy dresses. Over the past few years, midi and maxi dresses became some of the most versatile pieces in my warm-weather wardrobe, equally suited to casual weekends and the occasional wedding or special event (even if they’re not quite right for my workday).
