Button-Down Sweater Dress

The button-down sweater dress is a transitional weather staple that I can't wait to re-style once temperatures rise. Button accents add sufficient visual interest to the basic sweater dress, and if you can find it in a ribbed material (providing stretch and creating a lengthening effect), that's even better. While I quite like the one that I am wearing here from The Drop--the price point is reasonable and the construction fair--the front buttons do not naturally lay-flat and instead want to crease and curl. Sizing up helps this problem, but doesn't entirely solve it. If you do order, definitely consider upsizing.
