If a paragon of “Sunday best” exists, I am sure it looks something like the Reformation Rosi Dress. Wear it to holiday brunch or to your own bridal shower, this dress is perfect for any daytime special occasion.
The Rosi has several charming features: the demure cap sleeves; the versatile sweetheart neckline; the flirty cut-out in the back; and the ruffle details at the hem. Further, the floral print which alludes to classic blue toile strikes the perfect balance between romance and timelessness.
The 100% viscose material is lightweight and flowy, but lacks stretch and is slightly wrinkle-prone. But busier prints like the Pompadour (seen here) hide wrinkles well
Because the woven viscose material doesn’t stretch and the smocked back adds only a small amount of give to the bodice, those who carry more more weight in their torso may need to size up in this style. When compared to other Reformation dresses in 100% viscose, the Rosi fits true to size. But compared to mass market brands, this style runs about a size small.
The dress in size 0, when laid flat, measures ~12″ across the waist, and 42″ in length (but the ruffled hem is tiered).
The Rosi Dress is available in sizes 0-12.
