Dramatic temperature swings have defined the first weeks of spring this year. But, for a brief moment last week, it felt like summer. I was ecstatic for the chance to wear all of my new warm weather favorites, and to be able to share some of them with you in partnership with Ann Taylor.

And, in celebration of spring, everything is now 50% off at Ann Taylor with code SPRINGTOIT, and shipping is free on all orders. This sale will end Monday night.
A few of my sale picks:
Oriana Gingham Bow Block Heel Sandals (in solid black here) One of my current fashion “resolutions” is to wear more fun shoes, and this one is a lot of fun. The 3-1/4″ tall heel really lengthens the legline without making the shoes hard to walk in. And it’s a real crowd pleaser: I received no fewer than a dozen compliments while wearing these the other day.
Gingham Moto Jacket I ordered this as soon as I spotted it online (may review this at some point), and can’t contain my excitement. I really like orangey-red colors for the spring/summer, and think this is a good piece to help transition monochromatic wardrobes for warm weather.
Floral Button Cuff Wrap Dress (additional colorways here and here) A printed version of the wrap dress that I love and own in three solid colors (see on me here). The smooth, stretchy material makes this comfortable to wear while providing some shaping help. I currently have this in my cart as I think the color combo is versatile and would be great for travel.
Piped Linen Blend Blazer This caught my eye in the store. I was surprised to find that it’s 64% linen, as the jacket had a weight and structure to it that I normally don’t associate with a majority-linen product. I didn’t get to try this on as my local store didn’t have my size in stock, but one of the store associates had it on and she wore it perfectly with the Wide Leg Marina Pant (which I love and now own in all four colors. Someone stop me. See on me here.)
Textured Tweed Fringe Shift Dress The subtle metallic threads in the tweed really make this dress pop. The material is medium-weight and appropriate for early spring. There is a coordinating “cardigan” jacket (which has sold out in most sizes in the stores that I visited) that I have my eyes on. This dress fits true to size (if you are looking for a closer fit) but I went up a few sizes for the extra length and more room in the torso.

I changed into flats later in the day for a walk around a park with friends. The Audriana Leather Loafers worn below (last seen here) have become my everyday shoe. They are comfortable enough (no break-in necessary for me!) to walk miles in, and surprisingly durable for how beautiful they are.
Thank you Ann Taylor for partnering on this post!
