Fringe Fit & Flare Dress (+ Ann Taylor Mila Leather Pumps Review)

I’ve received a few requests for a review of these Ann Taylor leather pumps, so thought I’d discuss them again quickly in this post.

Ann Taylor shoes run slightly large compared to the likes of Steve Madden and J. Crew, and the “Mila” runs true to size for Ann Taylor, so choose your size accordingly. (For example, I typically wear size 7 in pointed toe pumps, but the best fit for me in this style is the size 6.5; I have moderately wide feet.) They are impressively comfortable–helped by cushioned footbeds–for a shoe with pointed-toes and 3-1/2″ heels. They will remain comfortable as long as you walk no more than (~)four miles in distance, or wear them for no more than 10 hours in duration.

The quality is more than fair for the price point (current retail is $128), and if you are willing to wait for the once every (4 to) 6 weeks (40% or) 50% off storewide sale, you can own these for a very attractive price.
