I complained at length about the proliferation of bejeweled casuals but couldn’t stop myself from partaking in this trend. My latest acquisition? A very sparkly gray sweatshirt from Forever 21.
I haven’t given any thought to how I intend to keep this clean but will probably just never wash it. If we ever cross paths in real life, let’s try to keep that secret between the two of us.
On the topic of impractical bejeweled things, there was also the Boy Shirt in Beaded Chambray that I purchased earlier this year.
I was an instant fan of the shirt but was very concerned about care and maintenance. When a friend expressed interest in it I happily gave it away and was grateful that she unwittingly solved my dilemma.
