More food for thought in this Psychology Today article about “signatures.”
Do you have a signature? Does it manifest itself through personal style and material possessions or is it something more behavior- and habit-oriented? Individuality is a cherished but somewhat nebulous quality and I sometimes wonder if we place too much emphasis on “being unique.”
Aren’t we all pretty unique to begin with? When did “be yourself” become insufficient?

That said, I am guilty of making casual and mindless comments like “I can’t wear this bag anymore because it’s everywhere.” Why should that matter?
