My love affair with this green pencil skirt came to a wistful end when I observed the wrinkle-prone nature of the mid-weight cotton-blend skirt (This old post should have given me pause).

Wrinkles aside, the color (“Academic Green”) is really stunning in person. Strangers and people I encounter on a regular basis (who have never
commented on my sartorial choices) alike have remarked positively on the
skirt.

Unlike previous iterations, this year’s No. 2 Pencil Skirt in Double-Serge Cotton is lined. Measurements of the 00P (2013 version: 12.5″ waist; 16.5″ hip; 20″ length) were similar to ones I took last spring, only slightly wider.
