Pleated. Maxi. Skirt. These are three things I like individually but love when rolled into one. I used to think maxi skirts and dresses were impractical but have really started to embrace this length (in spite of the hassle it takes to wear one – which involves avoiding potholes, puddles, and metal protrusions).

I received the Kate Spade Primrose Hill Little Kaelin Bag that I ordered earlier this month and will be reviewing it in more detail next week. My blog inbox is in a chaotic state and I can’t seem to find some emails in which people wrote me with questions about this bag. If you didn’t get a response, please write again or leave a comment below (my apologies for being so disorganized).
For those who are looking to lend a hand to victims of the behemothic tornado that tore through parts of Oklahoma, U.S. News compiled a list of organizations – national and local – that are pouring resources into the region. I believe most aid groups are asking for monetary donations or essential materials (first-aid kits, blood, etc.) only at the moment.
I just want to gently remind all of you that in times of calamity there are opportunists who try to profit from others’ misfortune. Please research private and online charities thoroughly before making your donation.
