The Cowl-neck Shell, available in several colors and a print) is a great piece to wear under blazers; I also liked the Allover lace Tee and the Flutter Sleeve Faux-Wrap Top for their short sleeves which eliminate the need to wear a blazer or cardigan in a more casual work environment. For something that is a twist on a classic, try the Tuxedo-pleat Tank or the Clip-Front Blouse.
I am, however, most intrigued by Banana Republic’s dress offerings. I haven’t decided if I’ll bite on this sale yet but I really like the Knotted Elbow-sleeve Sheath, the Lighweight Wool Sheath Dress (navy or gray), the Cap Sleeve Knit Dress, the Cowl-neck Sheath Dress, and the Julie Belted Sheath.
