It’s been ages since I last wore this Hello Kitty tie neck blouse. When I bought this blouse, I thought it would receive a lot of wear simply because it combined two of my favorite things: tie neck blouses and Hello Kitty.
Unfortunately, these two opposing forces worked against the shirt in practice. I didn’t want to wear it to work because I felt too juvenile and inappropriate wearing Hello Kitty to the office. Yet the style and color of the blouse was hard to integrate into weekend wear.
