I learned how to tie a tie last night and immediately “borrowed” a few (with little to no intention to return, mostly from my brother) to try and then paraded around town showcasing my newly acquired skill (yes, I am sure I WAS that bratty five-year-old who bragged to everyone about my latest fingerpainting masterpiece).
Additionally, with regard to my new favorite blouse from Ann Taylor – the Overlapping Placket Long Sleeve Blouse – while the blouse is super comfortable to wear and adds something special to practically every outfit, it is extremely thin and attracts runs and snags like no other. I bought two of this Palomino color and one of the Crisp Nougat and have had to exchange one already due to an obvious hole immediately out of the bag. If you bought this blouse, please check for damages before you rip off the tags and wear it carefully.
