It’s been a while since I’ve worn this pleated skirt out because I have this irrational fear of ruining my favorite pieces of clothing so I often 1) get a back up 2) store them in garment bags for aesthetic purposes only. But what good are clothes if you can’t wear them?

And Ann Taylor’s October new arrivals have officially gone on sale. I couldn’t resist and ordered a few things earlier this week.
I have been in search of a scarf like the one shown below, I think I may have found the one!
The top on the left is on sale for only $14.50. I debated getting it but ultimately decided against it.
And fur vests are very on trend this season (and has been for the last little while); similar versions can be found at places like H&M for less but the Ann Taylor’s version is not a bad option.
And my absolute favorite from this season: the Tie Neck Long Sleeve Blouse. Coincidentally, I also bought the tweed skirt shown on the right. I hope they work out for me because they sure look beautiful in photographs.
