Target has a pretty good duplicate of Ann Taylor’s popular Petal Floral Front Shell (re-released this year in the Ann Taylor Factory Store). The Target version is on sale for $13.98.

Is this design just not that original or is Target trying to piggyback on the success of Ann Taylor designs?
