Black pencil skirts are one of those items that I buy subconsciously because of how “classic” they supposedly are and I always thought I’d be able to find one even more flattering than the last one I acquired.
I got this Ann Taylor Petite Ponte Pencil Skirt during the 40% off sale that is still active and I am in love. It doesn’t photograph well (on me at least) but it’s so comfortable to wear and rather attractive in person.
The waist measures around 12 inches across but is very stretchy so it fits well without being restrictive. I was able to stomach a huge lunch without feeling uncomfortable.
